What do we do with your information?
We, StrategCube, respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website and other data collection points, owned and operated by StrategCube. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which you have engaged us. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Here is what we do, and, more importantly, don’t do, with any information you provide us.
Your name, address, phone and fax number, email address, tax ID number or SSN and any other information you provide are held in strict confidence. We collect these information only so we can generate customer referral checks and meet United States federal tax requirements.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your email address, name and any other information you provide, such as address and phone number you provide are held in strict confidence. We only keep your information so that we may contact you in regards to our services.
In order to prevent Spam and protect Inboxes, we review Clients’ mailing lists, which contain your data, with a variety of automatic tests. Our staff also manually reviews mailing lists, and your data, for any signs of irresponsible emailing by our staff or partners.
If you are a subscriber and would no longer like to be contacted, please contact us. If you are one of our Clients and would like to update your account, please contact us.
An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should contact us directly. If you request that we remove the data, we will respond to your request within 20 business days.
We may transfer personal information to our associates and other companies, that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in our Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed in order to provide services to our Clients. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Newsletters
We will subscribe you to our newsletters and we will use your name and email address to send the newsletters to you. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the communications you receive.
Service Related Emails
We may also send you service related email communication when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. You do not have an option to opt out of these emails, which are not promotional in nature.
All account information for our Clients is held in strict confidence.
We will share your personal information with our associates and other companies only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell or share your information with anyone. We only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, geographic information, online and device identifiers, and billing information so we can provide the services in the best manner.
Service Providers
We do not disclose or distribute collected personal information to non-agent third parties. We will provide the opportunity to choose (opt-in) when their personal information to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected for. We will provide individuals with reasonable mechanisms to exercise their choices by contacting us or following instructions as presented in this policy.
We use our associates and other companies only to provide our services. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. This could include billing information provided to a credit card processing company to bill you for services or location, geographic information, device IDs, and online identifiers for personalization, or contact information to provide Live Chat and other Customer Support services while using our website.
Some third parties will provide us with information about you from publicly available sources to provide you a personalized experience while using our services. This information includes website information, social media handles, and other company information.
Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a court order, bankruptcy proceedings or similar legal process, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Access to Personal Information
Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 20 business days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
Security
The security of our Clients’ information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as login credentials and credit card information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. What About Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
Cookies are files created by websites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing information. With cookies, sites can keep you signed in, remember your site preferences, and give you locally relevant content. What About HTML 5?
We use Local Storage such as HTML5 to store content information and preferences. Third Parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our website or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity also use HTML 5 and Flash cookies, to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.
What About Log Files?
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information to analyze trends, administer our website, track visitors’ movements around our website, and gather demographic information about our visitors as a whole. We do link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about our website visitors.
Testimonials
We post customer testimonials on our website, which may contain personal information. We do obtain our Clients’ consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email prior to posting the testimonial on our website. However, if you wish to request the removal of your testimonial, please contact us.
Notification Of Privacy Policy Changes
We may update our privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify our client by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

Our website may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by our website.

Data Processing
Effective Date: 02/02/2022
By use of our (StrategCube) service, you instructs StrategCube to process any personal data, that you provide to us in alignment with our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy and agrees to the processing of any personal data that you provide to us in connection with the services. You also specifically authorize the engagement of StrategCube’s Advocates as Sub-processors. In addition, you generally authorize the engagement of any other third parties as Sub-processors.
Customer Obligations
By use of our services, you agree to comply with data protection, security and other obligations with respect to any and all personal data by adhering to our Service Agreement and Anti-Spam policies, and Privacy Policy along with all local data protection laws to which you are subject to. We will inform you if, in our opinion, you have violated any data processing obligation.
Data Processing
Date processing includes all our services, Customer provided data, and related technical support to Customer, including all publicly available information that is transmitted or retrieved from sub-processors of StrategCube. Duration of data processing will be as mentioned in the Service Agreement.
Data Security
We take all reasonable measures to commit to confidentiality of Clients’ data. These measures include:
- Use of encryption while data is being transmitted to or procured from our systems and while stored in our data centers
- Continual automated and manual monitoring of the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of our systems
- Emergency Preparedness to restore availability of our services in the event of a physical or technical incident
- Routine backups in the event of data loss or corruption
- Regular risk assessments of all systems both internally and externally
- DDoS detection and mitigation in place for our data centers
Account Security
- Continuous automated and manual monitoring for fraud and abuse on all our accounts
- Secure notifications to Clients for sensitive account actions like password resets
- Tiered account access is available to limit billing and other sensitive information disclosure
Personnel Security
- Taking reasonable steps to ensure that employees and those acting our behalf maintain confidentiality of personal data and attend continual security awareness training
- All our employees are background checked prior to employment
- Privacy confirmations of all sub-processors engaged in providing services to maintain and provide at least the same level of protection for the personal data and the same rights of data subject as ours
- Secured physical access to all data centers including keycards, alarms, and video camera recording
Customer Response
- Providing written responses to all reasonable requests for information made by Clients and their subscribers
- In the event of a personal data breach, reasonably assisting Clients with data security audits, including inspections, conducted by the customer, auditors, law enforcement, or other supervisory authorities
- Providing notice to Clients regarding personal data breaches without undue delay
- Reasonably assisting Clients with their obligations to Supervisory Authority Data Protection Impact Assessments and Prior Consultation taking into account the nature of processing and data involved
Data Rights
Right to be informed: You can ask about personal data, how it is used, and why it is being used at any time.
Right of access: As outlined in our Privacy Policy (Access to Personal Information).
Right of rectification: You can update (or request updates to) personal information at any time.
Right of erasure: You may cancel your StrategCube account at any time and may additionally request that StrategCube erase your personal data, cease further dissemination of the data, and potentially have third parties halt processing of the data. StrategCube reserves the right to keep the minimum amount of information that helps us prevent fraud to keep your deliverability the highest it can be.
Right to restrict processing: You may put your account on hold at any time which restricts the sending of email. Your data will still be processed for other actions such as billing and by our sub-processors. You may backup and deactivate a list to verify subscriber data and reactivate within 30 days. You may cancel your account to restrict all data processing of your data and your subscribers and reactivate your account as long as we have not yet deleted your information according to our retention policies.
Right to data portability: You may export any of your lists, or selected information within any list, at any time while your account is active by accessing your account manager or contacting us at info@strategcube.com.
Right to object: You may unsubscribe from any of StrategCube emails at any time.
StrategCube does not discriminate against a Client, price services differently, or reduce quality of service based on exercising the above data rights.
Sub-processors
You may opt-in to be informed of sub-processor addition. If you object to any sub-processor addition, you may cancel your account within 5 days of the notification provided that such objection is based on reasonable grounds relating to data protection. You may independently contact any of these sub-processors directly to have your information erased that they store about you. This may include information you provided to StrategCube or information that we procured from the sub-processor.
